He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn L. Berka. He is survived by: his children, Susan Novak (Jack), Joseph (Valerie) and Sharon Muzilla (Craig); his grandchildren, T. J. Berka, Jennifer Kapral, Stephanie Novak, Jessica Novak, Bennett Muzilla, Joseph Berka and Megan Muzilla; his great grandchildren, Henry and Haleigh Kapral; his children, Sue, Joe and Shari; and his grandchildren, Jenn, Ben and Joe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
