He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slifcak and Anna Russell (late Robert); and his brother Nicholas (Meg). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Matts; his children, Russell, Wyatt, Quinn and Eliot; and his brothers, Michael (Virginia), Timothy (Linda) and George (Ellen).
