He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Margaret Mihalyfi. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Hannah (Logan Winkler) and Zachary; his brothers, Eric (Karen) and Kent Johnson (late Jennifer); his stepmother Charlotte Johnson; his parents-in-law, Linda and Howard Collins; his sister-in-law Michelle Collins; and also Makenzie Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
