He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pam Daiker-Middaugh; his children, Danny Middaugh and Becca Middaugh; his parents, Robert Middaugh and Barbara Middaugh; his brothers, Robert (Lisa), Timothy (late Cindi) and Brian (Evonne); his brothers-in-law, Steve (Diane), Paul (Liz) and Matt (Kristi); and his close friend Rex.
