He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John R. Waltz and Mildred D. Waltz; his wife Carole; his daughter Catherine; his sister Mary Lou Fox of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania; his sons, Philip (Kathy Cisar) of Littleton, Colorado and Christopher (Courtney) of Elmhurst, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Ryan and Kyle of Elmhurst.
