He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie and Walker; and his sister Betty Fike. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna; his sons, Mark, Brian (Shari) and Jeff (Christine); his grandchildren, Daniel (Michele), Matthew (Sarah), James, Sarah and Jacob; and his brother Brent.
