He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Barber Bentley and Francis Burlingham; and his son Bradley Burlingham. He is survived by: his stepfather Donald Bentley; his wife Lois Chambers Burlingham of Brecksville, Ohio; his children, Donald Burlingham (Cindy) of Stafford, William Burlingham (Elsie) of Mason, Ohio and Rebecca Riser (Ted) of Bath, Ohio; his grandchildren, Megan Beling (Curt), Laura Hamm (Jay), Eva Driver (Rob), Tyler Burlingham (Jerra) and Ethan Burlingham (Lynley); his great grandchildren, Clark Beling, Cate Beling, Lena Hamm and Jack Hamm; and also, Andrea Martinez, Ben Martinez and Melissa Riser.
