Christine Gorbach Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Agnes; and her sister Cynthia. She is survived by: her sons, Jon (Katie), Owen, Lucas and Ben (Lindsey); her siblings, Greg (Ainsleigh), Steve (Shawn), Tim (Peggy), Carol (Mark), Peter (Kay), Jeff (Debbie), Colleen (Mark) and Charlene (Masato); and her significant other Jim. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
Christine played many roles, and had many titles, but the one that brought her the most joy was that of "Nana'. She loved her family with all of her heart, and was adored and respected by them and her numerous friends, colleagues, and former students. Family and friends may call on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 4 to 7 pm. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home, 1990 S. Main St., Akron OH 44301. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 26 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Cremation will follow services.
