He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christina Salem; his daughter Willow; his sister Vicki Thompson (Bob); his parents, Dugald Roberts and Mabel Roberts; his parents-in-law, Jackie and Sam Salem; his siblings-in-law, Darla Hoffmann (Greg), Tim Salem (Robin) and Bob Salem (Lori); his nieces and nephews, Jack, Drew Thompson, Noah, Luke Salem, Ruby and Hazel Salem; and his children, Shimmer and North.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Cam's memory to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 1403 West Hines Hill Road, Peninsula, Ohio 44264.
