With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Kapolka of Brecksville, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John H.; her children, Cheryl, Michael (late Susan), Kenneth and Diana; her grandchildren, Danielle and Jeremy (Diana); her great grandchildren, Michael and Regina; and her siblings, Celestina, Chester, Leonard, Sylvester and Virginia.
Masks are required for all services and social distance protocols will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Anne's name are suggested to Jennings Center for Older Adults/Northeast Ohio Hospice, 10204 Granger Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125.
