She is survived by: her children, Wendy Cassara (Mark), Joyce Wargo and David (Janelle); her grandchildren, Justin Fugate (Tashina), Sara Fugate, Madison Wargo, Jake Wargo, Amber Mekelburg and Abby Kuligowski; and her siblings, Georgeann Wem and Cathy Warton (Dennis). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
