She was predeceased by: her parents, Lila Mae (Millirons) and Monnie Williams, Sr.; her former husband John Ford; her husband Joseph Hawkins; her siblings, Anna Collins, Edith Taylor, Fred Williams, Snow Williams, Monnie Williams, Jr. and Chester Williams; and her nieces, Jewell Painter (Bonnie) and Lynn Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Georgine, Victoria Lynda, Laura Michele and Pamela Marie Vinson (Ford); her niece Constance Cabell (CoVance) of Palm Coast, FL.; and her close friends, Audriana, Susie and Florence.
She also attained her nursing degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and worked at Akron General Hospital, the V.A. Hospital in Brecksville, Oh and retired from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
