He was predeceased by: his sons, David (Joanne) and Michael. He is survived by: his children, Patty Czech (late Robert), Dennis, Debbie Blankenship (Terry Smith), Janet Weiner (late Joel), Mona Fiero (Bob) and Jeffrey Duchon Jubelirer (Sherry); and his brothers, André and Hank. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
