He is survived by: his parents, Allan Moore and Ashleigh Tefft; his sister Emileigh Shultz; his grandmother Wendy Harris of Fostoria; his great-grandparents, Alonzo Shultz (late Shirley) of Bradner, Charles and Ruby Smith of Allentown, PA; his aunt Samantha Tefft of Fostoria; his uncle Allen Shultz (Lorena) of Melbourne, Florida; his cousin Diego Shultz; his aunt Stacee Shultz of Pemberville; and his great-granduncle Ron Williams of Dayton.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Barndt Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
