He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo W. Fairbank and Arvilla M. Fairbank (Weider); his wife Ila Jean Rentz; his daughter Robin Fairbanks; and his grandson Jamie Fairbanks.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard "Rick" Fairbanks (Donna) of Bradner and Ron Fairbanks (Tina) of Haymarket, Virginia; his brothers, Ned Fairbanks of Bradner, Kenneth Fairbanks (Lenora) of Toledo and Gene Fairbanks (Lou) of Port Clinton; his grandchildren, Kelli, Kerri, Kortni, Alex and Josh; and his great grandchildren, David and Jackson.
Richard's family politely requests that everyone in attendance please wear a mask.
