She is survived by: her former husband Edward Caldwell, Sr.; her sons, Curtice Caldwell of Kentucky, Edward Caldwell, Jr. (Cher) of North Baltimore, Phillip Caldwell of Bradner and Douglas Caldwell (Tammy) of Wayne, Ohio; and her brothers, James Riffe (Linda) of Kentucky and Glen Riffe (Carolyn) of Kentucky.

Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.
