He is survived by: his former wife Ruby Mullins; his spouse Ellajayne Frost; his sons, Calvin Whitaker (Karen) of Perrysburg and Norman Whitaker (Vicki) of Maumee; his grandchildren, Heather Stadler (Chris), Katie Turley (Micheal) and Shane Whitaker; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Tara, Cody Stadler, Riley and Clare Turley; and his siblings, Russell Whitaker and Caroline Mullins.
