She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Winkler and Ann Winkler; her husband Robert A. DeBock; and her sisters, Barbara Cunningham and Brenda Poole.
She is survived by: her children, Larry DeBock (Cheryl) of Jerry City, Ohio and Tammy DeBock of Bradner, Ohio; her grandchildren, Allison Strickland (Trenton), Lauren DeBock (David Bankey), Zachary Stevenson and Samantha DeBock; and her great grandchild Benjamin Robert Strickland.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic everyone is required to wear face mask and practice social distancing.
Memorial donations may be made to the Albert Bowe American Legion Auxiliary.
