Smith; her husband Mildford; her daughters, Kimberly Willford (Harley) of Bradner and Cheryl Carnahan (John) of Bradner; her brother Robert Saam (Martha) of Bradner; her grandchildren, Jacob McBride (Rachael), Adam McBride (Desirea), Craig Willford and Krista Berridge; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Siose and Josiah; and her close friends, Andy, Norma, Ed, Karen, Richard, Judy, Don and Anita.
Memorial donations may be made to Bridge Hospice in Bowling Green.
