He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his brother Arnold Shultz; his brothers-in-law, Clayton Baker and Bill Graves; and his great grandchild Ryse Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Shultz (Stacee) of Pemberville and Wendy Harris of Toledo; his siblings, Gale Shultz (Pat) of Oak Harbor, Donna Baker of Bradner and Mary Graves of Bradner; his grandchildren, Allen Shultz, Ashleigh Tefft and Samantha Tefft; his great grandchildren, Diego and Emileigh; his siblings-in-law, Ron Williams of Findlay and Linda Shultz of Wayne; and his pet Suzy-Q.. He is also survived by his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Greater Toledo Challenger Baseball League, or to Bridge Hospice.
