He is survived by: his parents, Carl Ellis and Dixie Ellis (Cotterman); his son Jase Ellis of Piqua; his siblings, Tom Harrington (Angie) of Bradford and JoConda Bullock (Stan) of Bradford; his grandfather Carl "Doc" Ellis (Sharon); and his girlfriend Megan Magoto of Piqua. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
