He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy A. Myers; his son Jeremy Michael Myers; and his siblings, Sandy Myers Clark and Bobbie Myers. He is survived by: his brother Tom; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Myers of Tipp City, Shirely Tontrup of New Bremen, Carol, Lynn Schmidt of St. Marys, Linda, Terry Allen of St. Marys and Les Clark of Bradford; and his nieces and nephews, Scot, Dondra Clark, Lori, Jerry Miller, Shari, Tony Atchley, Tommy, Tamera Myers, Candi, Ben Turner, Rob and Angie Myers. He is also survived by numerous great-nephews and nieces, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio Hospice of Miami County.
