She was predeceased by: her brothers, Larry "Steven" Frost and Grover Frost. She is survived by: her husband Thomas O. Moore; her children, Cara Smith of Bradford, Connie (Rob Shoenfelt) of Sidney and Michael (Jenny Moore) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Joseph Bishop of Columbus, OH, Cassie Bishop (Alycia Washington), Amy (Evan Freer), Kelly Moore of Columbus, OH and Jackson Moore of Chicago, IL; her great grandchild Eleanor Freer; her sister Cindi; her brother-in-law Steve Hocker of Bradford; and her close friends, Jim and Denise Sargent of Bradford.
