He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton and Josie Shell (Ellis); his siblings, Ruby Shell and Virgil Shell (Christine "Cricket"); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Shell and Bev Shell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Shell (Custer); his children, Dennis Moore (Mary) of West Alexandria, Debbie Robbins (Mike) of Fletcher, Jim Moore (Cindy) of Fort Loramie, John Shell (Kim) of Covington, Jarrett "Jake" Shell (Heather) of Sidney, David Harrison (Susan) of Wildwood, MO, Ann Francis (Heath) of Covington and Alan Harrison (Robin Kottenbrock) of St. Paris; and his brothers, Bob Shell (Ola) of London, KY and Charles Shell of London, KY. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
