He is survived by: his daughter Chyna Nicks of Covington; his significant other Alaina Jennings of Bradford; his stepchildren, Kirstie Gillum, Kassie Gillum, Shane Warner, Paris Warner-Oaks, Jacob Oaks and Montgomery Lemming; and his sisters, Jessie Nicks of Piqua, Janie of Piqua and Branson of Piqua.
