He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Lucille Neiberg; his daughter Sheryl Ann Neiberg; his granddaughter Aleigha Grace Moore; and his brothers, Bobby, Tommy Neiberg and Bill Neiberg.
He is survived by: his nephew James Neiberg; his children, Jerry, Wanda Neiberg of Versailles, Cindy Brubaker and Greg Altic of Piqua; his grandchildren, Thomas Neiberg, Jennifer (Blain Jones) and T. J. Brubaker; and his sister Mary Boggs of Piqua. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Greenville Creek Christian Church.
