He is survived by: his mother Georgia Hartzell (Sanders); his stepfather John Hartzell of Bradford; his daughter Amy Smith (Evan Freer) of Columbus; his granddaughter Eleanor Freer; his girlfriend Julie Reck of Bradford; his girlfriend's children, Dillon Reck, Macie Reck and Dalton Reck; and his siblings, Brenda (Kent Canan), Bob (Charlene Hartzell) and Randy Hartzell of Greenville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
