He is survived by: his brother Troy; his wife Janet Miller (Lane Adkins); his children, Tammy Burns (Tim), Loretta Niswonger (Eric), Karen Angle, James Miller (Carla) and Christa Haney (John); his son-in-law Reuben Angle; his stepchildren, Teresa Miller (Chuck) and Scott Adkins; his grandchildren, Lisa Warner (Jacob), Duane Burns (Michelle Mitchell), Erica Carlock (Zach), Austin, Cody, Katie Niswonger, Wesley, Logan Angle, Reuben Miller (Emily), Chad, Cara, Gina Miller, Maria Burns (Joel), Michael and Phillip Haney; his great grandchildren, Darren, Kelli, Shelli Warner, Sadie Miller and Eli Burns; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Heather, Lacey, Dustin, Sarah and Danny; and his siblings, Marcella Hayslett, Bill, Ron and David Miller.
