He is survived by: his wife Marcella Hayslett (Miller); his children, Vickie Wilson (Craig) of Bradford, Randy Hayslett (Sherry) of Bradford, Rusty Hayslett of Bradford, Robin Hayslett (Gail) and Rick Hayslett (Bill Mohr); his grandchildren, Stefanie Underwood (Mike) of Tipp City, Sierra Shepard of Indian Lake and Chad Hayslett (Tina) of Sidney; his close friends, Barbara and David Ross; and his pets, Missy and Maggie. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
