He was predeceased by: his son Scott Frantz; his daughter-in-law Peggy Frantz; and his siblings, John Frantz, Mary Diltz, Doris Warner and Betty Boehringer.
He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Frantz (Schellenbarg); his daughter Leisa; his son-in-law Mark Brandt of Bradford; his son Jack D.; his daughter-in-law Melinda Frantz of Covington; his grandchildren, Matt, Vania Toller, Jordan, Wendy Brandt, Alicia Frantz, Lindsey Frantz, Brandi Frantz and Austin Honeyman; his great grandchildren, Carson, Paisley, Ari, Camila, Sawyer and Avery; his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Connie Frantz of Bradford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bradford Fire & Rescue or Ohio Hospice of Miami County.
