He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Curt Hale, Taylor Idle, Ashley Hale, Kristina Shope and David McDaniel; his grandchildren, Elijah Gibbs, Bridgette McDaniel, DJ Gibbs, Maddyson Shope, Kennedy Hale, Emmalyn Shope, Olivia Valentik, Jackson Shope, Katie Idle and Kiser Idle; his mother Betty Boger (Andrews); his stepfather Ken Boger; his siblings, Joe Hale (Jennifer), Brenda Krebbs (Kevin) and Lori Moore; his sister-in-law Judi Lamka (Doug); and his caregiver Ashley.
