He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi C. Barker; his daughter Maria; his son-in-law Dave Floyd; his granddaughter Angela Keller; his brother Gene Barker; his half-brother Stephen Barker; and the mother of his children Ginny Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly, Brenda Barker of Bradford, Tonya Hollis of Covington, Virginia Tamara "Tammi" and Darren Whalen of Atkinson, IL; his grandchildren, Josh (Amy Barker), Krystal (Brock Kiser), Randy Hicks, Nellie (Andy Mack), Jeff Keller, Charlie (Kari Hollis), Bobby (Carey Floyd) and Joey Floyd; his brother Zon Barker of Sevierville, TN; and his niece Deb Snodgrass. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bradford Church of the Nazarene.
