She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Lavy and Estella Lavy (Haas); her brother Paul David Lavy; and her brother-in-law Ferdie Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Shellabarger; her sons, Michael (Barb Shellabarger) and Zane (Jennifer Shellabarger); her granddaughters, Emily, Erika, Stella, Lillie and Eva; and her siblings, Bob (Sharon Lavy), Everett (Reta Lavy), Edie Murphy and Eileen (John Henderson).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
