She was predeceased by: her husband Willard S. Kenworthy Jr.; her daughter Lori J. Kenworthy; her daughter-in-law Carla R. Kenworthy; her grandson Wesley Kenworthy; her great grandchild Zion Kenworthy; and her sisters, Amanda Spoon and Ethel Birchfield.
She is survived by: her children, Steve, Norma Kenworthy of Bradford, Debra Kenworthy, Terrie Oestreicher of Bradford, Stan Kenworthy of Piqua, Becky and Mark Harleman of Bradford; her grandchildren, Levi Kenworthy (Kerah Elmore), Katlyn, Jason Francis, Derek, Jessica Kenworthy, Brittany Kenworthy, Charity, Nate Toon, Brooke, Kyle McClure, Jenny Reedy, Brent, Nikki Harleman, Bessie and Alex Frantz; her siblings-in-law, Jim Shannon of Morristown, TN and Roy Spoon of Morristown, TN; and also Gwen Shannon of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; brother.
