He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Wagner and Orpha Wagner (Price); his brothers, Alvin and Eugene; and his wife Thelma Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Marie Wray (Arlan) of Pomona, KS, Daniel Wagner (Donna) of Dallas Center, IA, Martha Wagner of Gettysburg, OH, Linda Blocher of Greenville, OH, David Wagner of New Era, MI and Mary Givens (Greg) of Eaton, OH; and his brother Joseph Wagner (Letha) of Modesto, CA. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 3 Great grandchildren.
