She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carr and Helen Carr (Tobias); her husband John Carr Smith; and her siblings, Edith Conley, Mary Selanders, Helen Rudisill, Robert Carr and Clifford Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Gene Aspery), Karen Anderson of Delaware and Steve; her daughter-in-law Rosalin "Missy" Smith of Troy; her grandchildren, Kelly (Barry Ackley), Kari (Jeff Smith), Zachary (Gina Smith) and Jennifer Smith of Gallatin, Tennessee; her stepgranddaughter Shirlee Aspery of Cardington; her great grandchildren, Logan Ackley, Allison Ackley, Tyler Smith and Canaan Smith; her stepgreat-grandsons, Westley and Aaron Wynkoop; and her siblings, Patsy Tudor of Tipp City and Raymond Carr of Troy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Living Hospice or Union Baptist Church.
