She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hammond and Ruby Hammond (Cummins); her husband Floyd Thomas Posey; and her sisters, Norma Jean Hammond, Nancy Jane Anchors, Carol Louise Foreman and Sandra Shockey.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela McCreary of Cortland, OH, Vicky (Charles Fincham), Patricia (Mark Matas), Jackie (Rick Mossor), Floyd Thomas (Julia Posey Jr.) and Gregory (Bethany Posey); and her siblings, Lillian (Robert Graham) and Louis Hammond, Jr. of Howland. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
