She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smatlak and Anna Smatlak (Payerchin); and her siblings, Mary Durica, Margaret Sipka, Ann Cole, Betty Smatlak, John, Mike, Paul and Eddie Smatlak.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd L. Saltsman of Braceville; her children, Belinda Rae Barlow (Brian) of Indianapolis, IN, Faith Ann Saltsman of Chesterfield, IN and Keith Edward Saltsman (Donna) of Rochester Hills, MI; her siblings, Mildred Sholtis of Torrington, CT, Ruth Walton (Mark) of Sherwood, OR, Joseph Smatlak of Punxsutawney, PA and Kenneth Smatlak of Chilliwack; her grandchildren, Michael Saltsman (Raquel), Mary Beth Saltsman, Kathryn Henderson (Christopher), David Saltsman and Grace (Jordan Meier); and her great grandchildren, Victory Nader, Madeline and Gabriel Saltsman.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the First Church of God C/O Prayer Shawl Ministry 426 West Broad St. Newton Falls, OH 44444 in memory of Dorothy M. Saltsman.
