She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kaye Forsythe and Dora Jean Forsythe (Mills); her husband Keith Paul Shiflett; and her siblings, Donald Edward Kaye Forsythe and Debra Jean Forsythe.
She is survived by: her sons, Floyd (Cheri Shiflett), Bryan Shiflett of Braceville and Michael (Shannon Shiflett); and her sister Patricia Cougar of Kent, OH. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the James Funeral Home Inc. (8 E Broad St, Newton Falls, OH 44444). Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the same location.
