He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Doris Jesse Cameron Kingsley. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Alice Fisher (Roger) of Waterville, OH, Jim Kingsley (Lisa) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Brian Kingsley (Virginia) of Syracuse, NY.. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and 5 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given in Bill's memory to the Humane Society, 827 Illinois Ave., Maumee, OH 43537.
