He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. DeJong and Lucille DeJong (Nyp); and his sisters-in-law, Ellen Willson and Susan Ei. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Karen and Paul DeJong; and his brother Jon DeJong (Judy) of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister and brothers-in-law.
