He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Melvin and Florence Budge (Hall); his wife Eileen Budge (Probst); and his siblings, Bob, Mike Budge and Betty Fowler.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Budge (Denise) of Bowing Green, Ohio and John Budge (Julie) of Bowing Green, Ohio; his grandchildren, Eric (Katelynn), Brian (Ashleigh), Kevin, Michael, Jacob and Elizabeth; and his great grandchild Florence "Wren".
