It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Versa Arlene Richard of Bowling Green, Ohio, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Heilman Ellsworth and Mary Leona Cotterman (Meyers); her former husbands, James R. "Ora" Richard and James Patterson; her children, Amy Christine Patterson and Mark Richard; her sisters, Gertrude Kaetzel and Jeanettie Pultz; and her daughter-in-law Martha Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Adams (Jim) of Bowling Green, Pamela Lynn of Bowling Green, Timothy Patterson of Bowling Green, Mary Donald (Jim) of Custar, Roberta Starkey (Dave) of Toledo, Melissa Meyer (Mark) of Vass and Jerry Richard (Toby) of Defiance; and her sister Leona Sams of Wayne. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Due to Covid-19, masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the National Lymphedema Organization, or to Bridge Hospice.
