He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Mazur. He is survived by: his mother Lynne W. Mazur; his sons, Andrew (Holly) and Kyler (Cindy); his stepdaughter Becca; and his siblings, Michelle (Stuart) and Mark (Lynn Jr.). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
