Ruth Garvey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Garvey (Bowling Green, Ohio), who passed away on August 17, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Raymond Eugene (Gene) and Fern A. (Robbins); her husband Edward Thomas Garvey; her siblings, Lois Walker Glenn, Nancy Walker Carruthers, David and Bob Walker; her son Norman Garvey; and her grandson Brad Garvey.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Garvey and Wayne Garvey (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Sharon Walker, Judi Treat Walker and Clarence Carruthers of Battle Ground, WA; her siblings, Maxine Hunt Beaverson (Dick), Paul Hunt (Karen), Bowling Green, Roland Hunt (LuAnn) and Weston; her grandchildren, Stacy Garvey Robertson (Scott) and Faron Garvey; and her nieces and nephews, Deb Glenn, Pam Walker Reynolds (Jay), Angela Walker, Misty Walker Bland (Michael), Karleen Carruthers, Doug Glenn, Daryl and Brad Walker. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
