He is survived by: his wife Georgia Chandler (Miller); his children, Sheila Campbell (Thomas) of Bowling Green, Ohio, Sylvia D. Chandler of Bowling Green, Ohio, Heather Pennington (Emmett) of Massillon, Ohio and Roosevelt Chandler Jr. (Carol) of Toledo, Ohio; and his siblings, Sellerstene Walker, Vernice Burr, Pearl Campbell, Evelyn Robinson (Wayne), Vester L. Chandler, Robert L. Chandler, Sr. (Marva) and Charles Chandler Sr. (Cathy).
