He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Horner and Martha Horner (Talmadge); his siblings, Bob, Dick and Betty Loudenslager; his son-in-law Robert Yeager (Bob); and his great grandchild Michael Turpening.
He is survived by: his wife Annetta; and his children, KoAnn Rutter (Tom) of Bowling Green, Kathy Yeager of Bowling Green, Terry Horner (Karen) of Canal Fulton and Dan Horner (Bonnie) of Bowling Green, Ohio.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
