He was predeceased by: his mother Mary F. Williams (Woerner); his sons, Scott and Ronald; and his siblings, Gene, Janet, Donald, Danny and Sharon.
He is survived by: his father Robert D.; his wife Linda L. Cade; his daughters, Kathy Kotowicz (Gene) of Michigan and Stacy Stewart of Seymour, Tennessee.; his siblings, Charles (Sheryl) of Cold Springs and Linda Perkins of Perrysburg, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Michael Barr (Carrie), Justin Barr (Caitlin), Ron Bowling Green (Miranda), Mindy Zilius (William), San Diego, Samantha (Kaleb), William Frederick, Cody, Raelinn, Skylar and Olin of Jerry City. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, a great great granddaughter and many nieces, and nephews.
