He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Lemmerbrock (Greive) and John Lemmerbrock; his wife Kay; and his stepfather Paul Lemmerbrock. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Lemmerbrock (Kristin) of Bowling Green, Karen Cajka (Jim) of Luckey, Lisa Withrow (Don) of Luckey and Daniel Lemmerbrock (Sara) of Sylvania; his grandchildren, Bryan Cajka (Amanda), Brody Lemmerbrock, Erik Withrow, Julianna Cajka, Amanda Withrow, Emily Cajka and Ava Lemmerbrock; his great grandchildren, Bryce Cajka and Natalie Cajka; and his siblings, Carol Blackburn (Roger) of Maumee and Lewis Lemmerbrock (Heidi Gilman) of Bowling Green.
