He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Palmer and Rosemary Palmer (Lashuay); and his grandson Logan Russell. He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Shaffer; his children, Jamie Palmer (Jessica) of Bowling Green, Jeremy Palmer (Heidi) of Bowling Green, Bobbi Garner (William) of Bradner, Laura Russell (Joseph) of Bowling Green, Beth Ann Braucksieck of Bowling Green and Danielle Palmer of Rudolph; and his brother Renold Palmer (Becky) of Bowling Green.
